Pendle Hill Properties showcases luxury lodges at Ribble Valley View open day

Pendle Hill Properties welcomed visitors to its exciting Open Day at Ribble Valley View on Sunday, offering a firsthand glimpse into luxury lodge ownership in one of the region’s most picturesque settings.

Held from 11am to 2pm, the Open Day attracted a wide variety of visitors - from those exploring a more permanent residential option, to holiday home seekers and savvy investors interested in the growing Airbnb market.

Guests were treated to complimentary bottles of prosecco (for the first 10 arrivals), glasses of prosecco and free ice cream for children, making the event both welcoming and family-friendly.

Visitors also learned about purchasing the lodges from an investment point of view and rental incomes, including a special offer worth more than £3,000.

Located on Old Langho Road, Ribble Valley View offers sweeping wraparound views of the Ribble Valley countryside, including front-row views of Dinckley Brook, making it an exceptional location for both relaxing getaways and long-term living.

Thomas Turner, Sales Director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: “It was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the setting, learning more about the site and envisioning their future here.

“Ribble Valley View really speaks for itself - a peaceful, scenic retreat with luxury at its heart. We’re excited to help more people make it their home or holiday escape.”
