Pendle Hill Properties spreads festive cheer with Advent calendar giveaway

Pendle Hill Properties helped spread festive cheer in Longridge on Thursday evening as the team handed out 300 advent calendars to delighted children during the much-loved “Longridge Does Christmas” celebration.

Families gathered outside the Pendle Hill Properties office on Berry Lane, where the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and seasonal spirit.

Young visitors were thrilled to take home their advent calendars and even more excited to pose for festive snaps using the agency’s Christmas selfie frame, which quickly became a highlight of the night.

Alongside the fun, the Pendle Hill Properties team spent time chatting with local residents about their plans for selling or letting their homes in the new year.

The wider “Longridge Does Christmas” event brought the whole town to life with late-night shopping, hot food stalls, and plenty of opportunities for locals and visitors to enjoy the start of the festive season together.

Thomas Turner, Sales Director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: “It was fantastic to welcome so many excited children and their families to our office. Seeing their faces light up and feeling the incredible community spirit throughout the evening truly made the event special.
“We are proud to be part of such a warm, supportive community and loved playing our part in kicking off the Christmas celebrations.”
